Month five - 264

Two more pounds! Can you freeking believe it? I have lost 82 pounds.

I live on popsicles, protein shakes (when I remember to make them), fresh fruit, fresh and cooked veggies, ground meats, baked potatoes, soup, and deconstructed food (e.g. sandwiches without the bread/bun, pizza toppings without the crust). Bread is just a waste of space. I will take a bite of sandwich/pizza with the crust or bun, to get the real sensation, but then I just eat the filling or topping. Kinda tastes better without all the extra "padding."
